Raya provides Contact Center Services for Coca Cola Egypt

Recognizing the excellence of its Contact Center Services, Coca Cola Egypt contracted Raya Contact Center to mange its customer care program as part of its on going efforts to serve its clients.
Raya Contact Center offers Coca Cola Egypt a wide array of services including order taking, complaints handling, service requests handling, general and product Information, in addition to managing company’s campaigns across Egypt. These services contributed effectively to increasing Coca Cola Egypt’s sales volume besides improving the service quality offered to its distributors.

Raya’s customers’ list includes a group of multinational giants such as Proctor and Gamble, which hired Raya Contact Center to provide the data profiling, validation and market research needed to promote Pampers brand to mothers coming out of labor in hospitals around Egypt. This service provided the company with deep understanding for this target segment.

Khaled Shash, Director of Raya Contact Center, said that Contact Center services are crucial for companies working in the FMCG as it acts as a fast communication channel with its end users as well as its distributors “which is essential to guarantee the best results for their products,” according to Shash.
