Nokia awards Raya the Biggest Service Partner for the Middle East & Africa (MEA) award, during a celebration that Nokia held in North Africa marking the initiation of this new award.
Mr. Kauko Tanninen, MEA Nokia Care Director, presented the “Elephant” award to Raya, which embodies the highest rank in all five ranks of it. This award is presented to the five largest maintenance centers in the region, and was designed to signify the biggest five animals in Africa (the elephant, the lion, the leopard, the buffalo and the rhino). The Elephant award presents: The biggest service partner in developing its repair capabilities; the most initiative partner in exploring new business ideas/opportunities; and the most active center in developing all the other Nokia partners in the MEA region.
Further more, this award also comes at a tie with other regional awards that Nokia recently awarded Raya; namely the Best Service Partner, and the Best Service Manager awards, in appreciation for Raya's capabilities and continuous efforts.
